Who we are
ProjectMaxx ("we," "us") operates the marketing site at projectmaxx.com and related pages (including preview hosts). The product application is separate at app.projectmaxx.com.
Information we collect
- Contact & demo forms: name, email, company, message, and plan interest you submit.
- Newsletter: email address you provide to subscribe.
- Usage: standard server and analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device) when analytics is enabled on the production domain.
- Trial registration: account data collected in the app under the app's own notices — not on this marketing site.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, send product updates you opted into, improve the site, and operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may use processors such as email delivery (e.g. Mailgun), hosting, and analytics providers solely to run the site and communications. They process data on our instructions.
Retention & your choices
We keep contact and newsletter records as long as needed for the purpose collected, or until you ask us to delete or unsubscribe. Unsubscribe links will appear on marketing emails once the list is live.
