The marketing site
These stub terms cover the public marketing website at projectmaxx.com (and preview hosts). Content is informational. Pricing and features described here should match the live product; if they conflict, the app and your order documents control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms service, injecting malware, attempting unauthorized access, or using forms to spam). We may block abusive traffic.
Trials & accounts
Free trials (currently 45 days, no credit card on signup) and paid plans are provided through the application. Trial length and plan details may change; the register flow is the source of truth at signup time.
Intellectual property
ProjectMaxx name, logo, UI, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute marketing materials except for fair personal use or with written permission.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." Sample testimonials are labeled as samples. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of preview environments. Formal limitation-of-liability language will appear in counsel-reviewed terms.
